TRACKING & DELIVERY
Your purchase will have be sent by one of two methods,
either
International Registered Air Mail or EMS Express
Service.

International Registered Air Mail.

This uses the standard mail service in your Country and
requires a unique Registered number on dispatch with
printed stamped receipt and a signature on delivery. The
average delivery time for this system is 14 days from the
dispatch date. Naturally this can vary according to location  
and season
(Christmas)


EMS Express

This system is the quickest and carries a unique
identification  number, stamped receipt on dispatch and
requires a signature on delivery. It also has an
online
tracking system.
The average delivery time for this system is
GENERALLY
7 days from dispatch & sometimes sooner.

Notification

We will email you when your order has been dispatched.
Once it enters the mail system we cannot influence its
progress and it is totally beyond our control.
Where
applicable the email sent to you on dispatch will contain the  
EMS tracking number or Registered Parcel Number.

Concerns

We fully understand that some customers may be concerned
when purchasing via the Internet and from another country. If
you are concerned about your delivery, please follow these
simple guidlines.

You have the Parcel Number, quote the number to your
local mail office.

  • Have you waited 30 days after dispatch notice ? (for
    standard service, or 14 days for Express)
  • Have you checked that your parcel wasn't taken in by
    a neighbour or colleague if at your work place ?
  • Have you contacted your local Mail Office in case an
    attempted delivery card has not been left ?
  • Possible delay at Customs.
  • In 99.9% of cases one of the above will retrieve the
    parcel. If you have followed these guidelines and are
    still  concerned then its time to contact us.

Insured
In the unfortunate event that your parcel is "Lost", PLEASE DO
NOT WORRY.
Whilst it may be inconvenient and even
annoying, the parcel is
FULLY INSURED and your money is
safe. We will work with you to resolve the problem and either
replace the order or refund your money.

To track your parcel with this service you need to

When you arrive at the website enter the
number you have been given and click
"Track"

Please allow a minimum of 24hrs AFTER you
receive the dIspatch notification before using the
Tracking service.
TRACK YOUR ORDER STATUS WITH
INTERNATIONAL REGISTERED AIRMAIL

This online service will only show the
dispatch from our Post Office
and the dispatch via the Airport.

If reported lost after 30 days
Registered Airmail has a retrospective system, it
works backwards and traces the parcels
movements in the event that a loss is reported. This
mail service does not consider a parcel to be lost
and will not accept enquiries until
30 days AFTER the posting date have passed.
IF YOUR ORDER STATUS SHOWS "DELIVERED" THIS IS
AN ERROR BY GOOGLE AND SHOULD READ
"DiSPATCHED"
PLEASE understand, we cannot do anything once the parcel has entered the mail system, we have
tracking facilities for you to use right here on this page, but we at Charlie Harper Shirts cannot do anything
to influence or control the
mail service. We can only use the same facilities as you have right here.

We are at the mercy of the mail system just like you .If you need the dispatch information,parcel number etc
sent again, or would like a copy of the original
"proof of posting" receipt, please ask and we'll email it to
you.

There are also guidelines and suggestions on this page for you to follow regarding late deliveries.

PLEASE DO NOT repeatedly email us asking "where's my order", "When will it arrive" as once the
order has been dispatched you have ALL the information we have and unless 30 days have passed
(14 days for Express), we are powerless to do anything accept wait.

Once 30 days after the dispatch date have passed then we can report the parcel LOST and we must
follow the procedures set by the original dispatching Post Office, who then have to contact your
Postal service etc, all of which takes time for them to reply to queries and trace the parcel.
The parcel is insured so don't worry, your money is safe.
