Shipping & Delivery Information
Charlie Harper Shirts is a WORLDWIDE mail order service, we ship to almost every country in the World with just a few exceptions, and those are beyond our control.

The standard service we use for shipping your order is Registered Airmail, There is also an alternative of EMS Express service, the EMS service is not available to ALL countries, this is dictated by the Post Office not us.

Registered Airmail is generally 10 - 14 days, although we cannot guarantee any time stated as this is the responsibility of the Postal service.
You can track the parcel online from the dispatching Post Office to the Airport, once it leaves (Outgoing International), nothing further will be available until the item has been delivered.The delivering mail service will then enter information as "proof of delivery".No further information is available.


EMS Express can be as quick as 3 days and sometimes up to 7 days, again this is dependant on location and the Postal services involved This service has a FULL door to door tracking service online in most countries.

PLEASE REMEMBER WE CANNOT CONTROL HOW THE POSTAL SERVICE IS PERFORMING.


Delivery to PO Boxes, 3rd party addresses or your place of work are entirely at your own risk !


As our shirts are Tailor Made to order in most cases, the whole process MAY take between 21- 30 days to complete as we process your order, make the Shirt for you, pack it,ship it direct from our Tailor and its delivered to you in your Country.

SPECIAL ORDERS,  Sometimes take up to 10 business days to produce and then add time for shipping to you. It is best to allow up to 4 weeks for this process, although in our experience its usually quicker.

PLEASE do not email us for delivery progress as we cannot state any more than is in your dispatch notice.

Any enquiries regarding delivery should be directed to you own Postal service using the parcel number provided to you at dispatch.

 
Christmas and New Year Dispatches.

This time of year always has increased volumes of mail and the system may be slower than usual.
You will have received notice by email that your order was dispatched and stating the tracking number etc. The mail can be tracked from us (Outgoing International), after that, it is dependant on your mail service and what service they offer. Often the parcel will have to pass Customs before re-entering the mail system and appearing on the tracking system once again. Some countries, like the UK and Germany, do not provide online tracking service for Registered Airmail.

Standard Registered Airmail is generally 14 days, Express Service is generally 7 days, this can vary dependant on destination. We have completed and sent your order as advised in your dispatch notice, the rest is entirely upto the mail service and beyond our control.

Under Post Office regulations, we cannot do anything to trace late or missing parcels until 28 days after dispatch,
Please do not email us asking where your parcel is until after the 28 day period,

We can do nothing and have no more information available than is already stated in the tracking system.
