There are a number of ways to ensure correct fit of your shirt. You can take your ACTUAL BODY CHEST MEASUREMENT and ADD 4 inches for STANDARD FIT or ADD 6 inches if you like more room, then look for the nearest size match from the chart. IF IT SHOULD FALL IN BETWEEN SIZES THEN GO UP TO THE NEXT SIZE. Alternatively, and in our opinion the BEST WAY is to take one of your own (non-stretch) shirts that fits well and you’re comfortable with, close the buttons, lay it on a flat surface and measure it from the bottom of one armhole across to the bottom of other armhole and double the result. Compare the measurement with the "Actual garment size" box displayed above. If it falls between two sizes, we suggest you order the larger size. For example, measurement SIDE TO SIDE = 24 inches THEN X 2 = 48 inches on our chart. LENGTH Measure as per the above diagram from collar to shirt end. |

"My suit size is 46 so I bought a 46 shirt" DON'T ASSUME A SUIT SIZE HAS NO RELATION TO A SHIRT SIZE. "My body measured 46 around so I bought a shirt 46" - WRONG ! Depending on how you like the shirt to fit, a shirt will generally be 4-6 inches BIGGER than your actual body size ALWAYS CHECK YOUR SIZE !! |
