This upscale casual wear was originally inspired by the martini lounges, pool
halls and bowling alleys of the 1950s, an era when men were men and the cool,
smooth styles of the Rat Pack influenced men's fashion sensibilities
.WE were inspired to produce these shirts from our love of the TV show
"Two and a Half Men". Having searched high and low for affordable practical
versions and NOT DRY CLEAN ONLY!, and having little luck in finding these
designs it was decided we would make them ourselves for everyone to access
and enjoy.
For his part, Charlie Sheen as character Charlie Harper in the TV show "Two
and a Half Men" seems most comfortable in these style of shirts, which are
basically bowling shirts without anything embroidered on the back. Retro
patterns and color combinations with color blocks that incorporate details of
the classic '50s bowling shirts. They say of the wearer, "I'm stylish, laid-back
and cool but don't take myself too seriously." And they are the perfect look for
Charlie, who is all those things.
These shirts are amazing, all of which feature contrasting collars and vertical
front panels against the various background colours. All collars on these shirts
